We offer a wide range of accommodations within the town of Provincetown, Beach Point and Truro. Availability changes daily, therefore please call or e-mail us after viewing this page for desired dates and further details. In most cases we do have digital pictures of the interior and exterior of each rental which we can send to you.

Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is after 2:00 PM, departure is at 10:00 AM. In order to secure a rental, a 50% deposit, by check (no credit cards) is required. Upon receipt of your first payment we will send to you a legally binding vacation lease as a confirmation. The 2nd payment, plus the security deposit, is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. If you need to cancel your reservation, no monies will be returned to you unless, if, and when the premises are re-rented for the same time period at no loss to the landlord.

In most cases, pets are not permitted, and many of our accommodations do not allow smoking indoors. All of our rentals are fully furnished, with linens and towels provided. All have fully equipped kitchens, and most include amenities such as local phone service, cable TV with VCR and or DVD, and some type of stereo equipment. Many units offer high speed intrnet service.
